I worked in the Fitness industry for 10 years, first as a Personal Trainer and subsequently as a Massage Therapist.
With the goal of expanding my knowledge and clinical skills, I completed a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy and Diploma of Classical Osteopathy from British Institute of Osteopathy. I have a passion for getting you back to living a pain free life.
My aims with all of my patients are to optimize your health to allow you to achieve your goals. I have a particular interest in spinal injuries as well as work and sports related injuries.
I enjoy working toward postural correction by aligning the body (pelvis, spine) towards neutral allowing connective tissues to relax (muscles, ligaments etc.) and improving mobility in restricted joints. Also exercise rehabilitation, advice on work ergonomics and general postural assessment. I treat the entire body, not just the parts that hurt.
From an early age I practiced martial arts with a particular interest in Karate Shotokan where I learned inner peace and how to have full control of the body. Nowadays I enjoy practicing tai chi, hiking and with my passion for nutrition, I enjoy visiting organic farms around Canterbury in my free time.Make a booking
