I was first recommended to Melinda whilst training for an ironman event. A recurring back injury was effecting my ability to train. I had seen several chiros and physios however it was getting worse. I wasn't sure what to expect but I liked Melinda instantly. She is extremely professional, and has a compassionate nature. Melinda spent time with me, communicated what she thought had caused the issues and gave me exercises to prevent it recurring. My body responded very quickly and the results were a lot more positive and quicker than I had expected. With Melinda's help I managed to get to race day without any injuries. Considering the amount of training I did during that time, I think it's remarkable and I know it would not have been possible without her assistance.

It wasn't until I had a life changing accident, when I broke my neck, that I really appreciated Melinda's expertise. Understandably, I was extremely nervous about anybody touching my neck. Melinda was the only health professional I would trust. She has a practical and realistic approach to get you back to where you want to be.
