Tori has a holistic approach when assessing her patients, enabling her to tailor her treatment to best fit her patients wants, needs and lifestyles. Tori has a special interest in chronic stress research. She can provide stress management education, plans and tools with which her patients can use to help reduce their feelings of stress. She can apply specific techniques aimed to reduce tension in strained areas, and encourage a more restorative state. This is an example of how Tori treats more globally, getting the all-round picture, rather than treating locally.

Tori works confidently in the assessment and management of many complaints associated with pregnancy including pubic symphysis pain, pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, nausea, constipation and pregnancy fatigue. She is passionate about educating pregnant women on their changing bodies and helping them navigate through their pregnancy. Tori works to help alleviate pain through treatment, exercise and advice. She can educate you on activities to avoid that may aggravate musculoskeletal strains. As well as which exercises to do to keep you mobile and comfortable throughout your pregnancy. Your journey with Tori doesn’t have to stop after post-partum either! Tori is passionate about caring for women after birth and supporting them through the next phase of their lives.

In her downtime, Tori has a love for the great outdoors and in her spare time she enjoys being out on the trails and/or adventuring with her dog, Bodhi.

Tori is available for appointments at our Halswell Road Clinic and our Merivale Clinic.
