As an active person in my seventies, I owe a huge debt to Melinda and her team of osteopaths. Due to regular osteopathic treatments, I have been able to restore and maintain the flexibility that I enjoyed many years ago. I now receive osteopathic care every 3 months and needless to say, this has led to a significant improvement in my lifestyle. I really notice the difference when my regular 'maintenance schedule' lapses for one reason or another.

I appreciate the way that Melinda concentrates on finding the underlying cause of the problem, rather than superficial symptoms, and the way her treatments find the right balance, for me as an individual, between deep massage and manipulation of muscles and joints.
